Heart Rate
Heart rate (HR) is the measurement for the speed of the heartbeat related to the body’s physical needs/necessities and reactions. It normally changes between 60 and 100 bpm for a healthy adult.
The changes heart rate has been shown to be correlated with the intensity/valence of emotional experience. The positive the experience is, the increase in HR is observed. Neurolize uses the heart rate information to determine the intensity of the emotional experience as well as to observe certain emotions.
